Alberto

Ambassador at Large.

Permanent resident of Earlsferry

Albert's interesting and very informative web site is called The Hutte where each day Albert writes his diary and adds his pictures of the day.

Many moons ago Albert and Maggie fell in love with each other, married and have lived happily ever after in Ivy Cottage, Earlsferry.

18th August 2009.  It is with great sadness that I pass on the news from Albert's Hutte web site that during last night Maggie died suddenly. I remember the day when Maggie was born.

Maggie and Albert as they were in 1975

1st November 2009. In memory of Maggie, Albert has had a bench seat made and placed at Chapel Green, which was one of their favourite places to go, for wayfarers to rest while they contemplate the grandeur of Earlsferry and Elie and their golden sand beaches; the Elie Harbour, the Lighthouse, the Lady's Tower, the May Island, the Bass Rock and the southern shoreline of the Firth of Forth.

This is one happy Earlsferry man. Weather permitting Alberto and his friend Jems spend what time they can feeling the kick of the helm as they sail the waters of the Firth of Forth.  Way to go Alberto.
